The New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers put on a show on Thursday night. Both teams fought hard and the game went to overtime, but LeBron James and Luka Doncic were too much for the Knicks to overcome.
Unfortunately, during the overtime period, New York star point guard Jalen Brunson went down with a serious looking leg injury. It appeared to be an ankle injury, but there have been no updates as to what exactly happened yet.
Brunson suffered the injury while driving to the rim and getting fouled. He stayed in the game to shoot his free throws before hobbling to the locker room.
When all was said and done, the Lakers ended up pulling out the win by a final score of 113-109.
Bleacher Report shared the video of Brunson's injury for those who have yet to see it.
