Man Utd face Arsenal in the Premier League this weekend and Ruben Amorim has a big decision to make.

Ruben Amorim has hinted Rasmus Hojlund will get another chance to lead the Manchester United attack when they face Arsenal in the Premier League this weekend. The Danish striker has now gone 19 games without a goal in all competitions and cut a frustrated figure in their 1-1 draw with Real Sociedad on Thursday night.

Hojlund could have had a glorious opportunity to end the goal drought in the first half of the match, only for teammate Diogo Dalot to ignore his run into the box and look to play the ball backwards instead. Paul Scholes labelled the decision 'criminal' and Hojlund ranted at the wing-back when the attack ended.

There were some signs of improvement from Hojlund in the Sociedad clash and he had greater joy both in the slower pace of the match and the weaker nature of the European tie. It will be a much tougher test against Arsenal this weekend, but Amorim has hinted he could keep his place.

It would have been fascinating to know if Rasmus Hojlund would have started against Real Sociedad had teenage striker Chido Obi been eligible for the match. Manchester World revealed earlier this week the 17-year-old was not eligible for the club's European campaign after he was not added to their revised A-List for the competition last month.

Obi had impressed in the penalty shootout defeat to Fulham last weekend and created three chances in the match, as many as Hojlund had created in the Premier League this season. Yet with the teenager unavailable, Amorim had no choice but to persist with the Danish forward instead.

United will face a much tougher test when they welcome Arsenal to Old Trafford this weekend and Amorim claimed Hojlund would get a chance to show further signs of improvement 'in the next game.'

“He's trying really hard. He gave everything. He makes the runs,” the United head coach said after the Sociedad draw. “We know that he also has [to play against] a high line and he uses this space to win, to fight. The other things are going to appear in the right moment. He has to continue to play, not be anxious in that position. He did a great run to win the position. Sometimes the ball comes, sometimes it doesn’t. So he needs to think in the best way, in this case, in the next game.”
