Nottingham Forest will kick-off the weekend’s Premier League action when they face Manchester City on Saturday lunchtime (kick-off 12.30pm).

Nuno’s Reds welcome the Premier League champions to NG2 looking to maintain an unbeaten run that stretches back to early November.

The Reds overcame Ipswich Town 5-4 on penalties on Monday night after a 1-1 draw in 120 minutes of intense Emirates FA Cup action to book their place in the quarter finals of the competition.

City meanwhile, came from a goal down at half-time against Plymouth Argyle on home turf to secure their place in the competitions final eight.

Goals from Joško Gvardiol and Erling Haaland meant a 2-0 win for the visitors in this fixture last season.

The Reds last claimed a point against Pep Guardiola’s side in February 2023 when Chris Wood’s goal six minutes from time meant the sides shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw.
