The goal came after a fairly impressive performance from the Dutchman, who has improved in the past few weeks.
Amidst his rise to prominence at Old Trafford, Zirkzee’s future at Manchester United continues to be a bit uncertain.
Calciomercato have reported that despite the Netherlands finally settling in, Juventus manager Thiago Motta ‘remains an admirer’ of the player. As a result, the Bianconeri remain on the trail of the 23-year-old, who played under Motta during their time together at Bologna.
The outlet believe that Juventus’ qualification for the Champions League this season can unlock their move for Zirkzee.
Finances earned from qualification will make sure that club sporting director Cristiano Guintoli brings in the Manchester United man as a replacement for Dusan Vlahovic.
At the same time, Juve would also want to sign Randal Kolo-Muani on another loan deal.
