The State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Damjan Jović, delivered a lecture today at the Ministry to members of the European Law Students’ Association in Belgrade, focusing on Serbia’s foreign policy priorities and challenges on the global political stage.
Jović emphasized that while full membership in the European Union remains Serbia’s strategic commitment, the country simultaneously aims to build new and strengthen existing ties across all regions.
He also spoke to the students about Serbia’s geostrategic positioning, highlighting the country’s commitment to military neutrality.
Addressing regional relations, Jović underscored that enhancing cooperation and preserving peace and stability in the region are also key priorities of Serbia’s foreign policy.
In his remarks, the State Secretary also reflected on current developments in global politics.
