CINCINNATI — It's been clear Joe Burrow is carrying Cincinnati to a lot of its success this decade and the latest metric from Fantasy Life's Ian Hartitz lays that out well.
Cincinnati ranks 25th in his average Supporting Cast Rating since the start of the 2020 season. The Bengals' lone two years ranked inside the top 20 resulted in AFC Championship Game appearances both times (2021 and 2022).
Hartitz's metric encapsulates average team Pro Football Focus rushing, receiving, pass blocking, and run blocking grades and leaves out passing grading.
When Cincinnati puts a decent supporting cast around Joe Burrow, he's at least made them a final-four team. Check out the full five-year look below:
