Tuesday the Seattle Seahawks made the first wave of moves necessary to gain salary cap compliance ahead of the start of the new league year on March 12. According to a report Friday from NFL insider Tom Pelissero, the first of those to be released is set to make their first free agent visit Friday with a division rival.

Acquired from the Jacksonville Jaguars for a 2026 sixth round pick just weeks ahead of the trade deadline, Roy Robertson-Harris played just 188 snaps for Seattle during the 11 games he spent with the Hawks.
Robertson-Harris could see a path to significant playing time with the Arizona Cardinals, as the Cards are set to see several members of their interior defensive line rotation hit free agency in L.J. Collier (590 snaps), Roy Lopez (467 snaps), Naquan Jones (260 snaps) and Khyiris Tonga (229 snaps) all hit unrestricted free agency.
