Barcelona predicted lineup vs Osasuna - La Liga

Barcelona face a visit from Osasuna in La Liga on Saturday as they look to maintain their exceptional form and extend their lead at the top of the table.

La Blaugrana are the only club across Europe's top five leagues yet to be beaten in 2025 and they have won their last six matches in La Liga to move clear of competitors Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid. With neither of their rivals turning out until Sunday, they can move four points clear of second with victory against Osasuna.

Hansi Flick will have Tuesday's Champions League last 16 second leg with Benfica in mind when naming his starting lineup this weekend, but the German coach can ill-afford to rest too many given Osasuna's ability to spring a surprise.

Here is how Barcelona could line up on Saturday.

GK: Wojciech Szczesny - The Poland international endured an immensely difficult start to life in Catalonia but was ten-player Barcelona's unlikely saviour against Benfica on Wednesday evening.

RB: Jules Kounde - Barcelona's entire defence performed admirably after Pau Cubarsi's red card in Lisbon, with Kounde among the standout performers in the face of unrelenting pressure.

CB: Eric Garcia - Ronald Araujo could be one of those rested ahead of the second leg as Flick continues to manage his minutes following a long injury layoff earlier this term. Garcia could earn a rare start.

CB: Pau Cubarsi - The teenager's mistimed lunge almost proved costly against Benfica. He will be suspended for the reverse fixture, but is available to feature against Osasuna in the league.

LB: Gerard Martin - Martin opened his Barcelona account last weekend with a fine finish during the 4-0 thrashing of Real Sociedad. He could be drafted in at left-back to offer Alejandro Balde some recovery time ahead of Tuesday.

DM: Marc Casado - Casado also managed his first goal for the Catalan giants last weekend, even if it was one of the luckiest he will score across his career. He should replace Frenkie de Jong against Osasuna.

DM: Pedri - The midfield maestro showcased his offensive and defensive abilities on Wednesday, slowing the game down when Barcelona retrieved possession and putting his body about when they surrendered it.

RM: Lamine Yamal - Yamal scored in the 4-2 defeat to Osasuna in September - a fixture in which Flick was punished for rotating too much. He will be keen to end up on the winning side this time around.

AM: Dani Olmo - Gavi could make his comeback this weekend after missing recent games through illness, but Olmo's impressive form makes him a shoo-in to start. He's been instrumental in Barcelona's last two league outings.

LM: Raphinha - Having provided the dramatic winner in a 5-4 win over Benfica during the Champions League league phase, Raphinha scored the decider at the Estadio da Luz once again on Wednesday.

ST: Robert Lewandowski - 34 goals in 38 matches is a tally that could be added to this weekend against an Osasuna team who struggle on their travels.
