Everton are already readying a blockbuster move for Celtic centre-back Cameron Carter-Vickers ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Toffees have relied on James Tarkowski and Jarrad Branthwaite as their defensive pairing this season but evidently need to strengthen that department.
Michael Keane’s current contract at Goodison Park expires at the end of the season, and the Englishman will leave in the coming months if a new deal can’t be agreed upon.
The Friedkin Group will replace Kevin Thelwell next summer, but it looks like they’re already working on plans to reinforce the squad soon.

While the American defender failed to make a mark at Spurs, he has certainly developed into one of the finest centre-backs in Scotland, but it remains to be seen whether the Blues will sign him soon.
