Several Badgers players shine at Wisconsin’s Pro Day

The Wisconsin Badgers held their local Pro Day on Friday, where several players got their chance to perform in front of NFL scouts ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Here’s the full list of players that worked out on Friday:

LB Jake Chaney

CB RJ Delancy III

WR Bryson Green

DL Elijah Hills

OL Joe Huber

OL Jack Nelson

LB John Pius

LB Jaheim Thomas

S Hunter Wohler

DB Dylan Brown (UW-River Falls)

QB Jason Ceniti (UW-Whitewater)

WR Jack Studer (UW-La Crosse)

Who stood out on an eventful day with a large crowd?

WR Bryson Green

Green was the biggest winner of the day, testing impressively in a number of categories.

He had an unofficial 4.48 40-yard dash, which stood out, given his 6’3, 213-pound frame that he played at this season.

Green also jumped a 39’’ vertical and a 10’11’’ broad jump, which would have been sixth and fourth among wide receivers at the combine, respectively. Additionally, his 21 reps of bench press would’ve ranked second behind only Iowa State’s Jaylin Noel for wideouts at the combine.

While it isn’t the full picture, Green’s Raw Athletic Score (RAS) would be an elite 9.97 out of 10 with his current testing numbers.

Green’s productive hasn’t been to his expectations the past few seasons. But, he had as good of a day as he hoped, even making an impressive leaping one-handed catch in the end zone in positional drills after the testing.

CB RJ Delancy

Delancy’s lone season at Wisconsin wasn’t probably as he expected, as the Toledo transfer wasn’t able to garner much playing time after being in the competition during the offseason.

But, he had the fastest 40-yard dash time of any player performing on Friday, running a fast unofficial 4.40 40-yard dash, which would’ve been ninth among cornerbacks at the combine on Sunday.

Delancy also moved well in positional drills, showing good recovery speed. He will be banking more on his Toledo film, which had promise, to earn a spot somewhere, but the speed boosted his stock on Friday.

S Hunter Wohler

Wohler already boosted his stock last week at the Combine, where he posted a respectable 8.55 RAS score with solid athletic testing.

So, he didn’t test on Friday, but did take part in positional drills, where he was a clear step ahead of everyone in attendance. Granted, that should be the expectations, but Wohler was smooth in his movements and as expected with his ball skills.

Wohler has steadily been improving his draft stock, and mentioned that teams have praised his versatility, with some even suggestion a potential move to linebacker.

LB Jake Chaney

Chaney didn’t do much on Friday, but he did have an impressive 29 reps of bench press, which was the highest of the day.

If there were any doubts about his strength at the linebacker position, those were erased on Friday. The 29 reps would’ve been the best of any linebacker at the combine this year.
