The [Washington Wizards](https://www.sbnation.com/nba/teams/washington-wizards) just beat cellar-dwellers Utah Jazz for their 12th win of the season. Maybe, just maybe, the Wizards won’t break the franchise record for the worst record in franchise history...
Now they head north of the border for two games against the Raptors.

**Pregame notes**
-----------------
**Back-to-back games—** in the absence of huge story lines, it’s nice to see the league go green and save some fuel by allowing teams to stay and play two games in a row. The Raptors are a bit depleted with injuries and the Wizards are missing ball-hog Poole, so there is definitely an opportunity here to snag two more W’s.
**A tale of two rebuilds —** The Raptors made a strange move in brining in Ingram. Now they seem to have a couple time-lines on their roster. Not entirely sure where they’re headed, but the Wizards are looking a bit more coherent right now. It’s nice to see the youngsters develop and coach Keefe and his staff are showing some development.
**Flashback: Double OT in the Arena**
-------------------------------------
Several years ago, and while D.C. was snowed in, those who managed to make it to the game saw fantastic showdown with Kawhi and Beal with a double OT nail-biter.
It’s perhaps nice to watch again:
