Jonathan Allen was [released today](https://www.hogshaven.com/2025/3/7/24380103/the-washington-commanders-release-dt-jonathan-allen-after-finding-no-trade-partners), ending his 8-year career with Washington. He was a first round pick in 2017, and now heads into free agency for the first time. He was a leader, a team captain, and a staple on this team for a lot of seasons. Allen wrote a goodbye to Washington on Instagram as he prepares for the next chapter of his life and career. Thanks for the memories Jonathan!
