Occupied Jerusalem: A total of 85,000 worshippers performed the Isha and Taraweeh prayers on Friday at Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, marking the seventh day of Ramadan.
The Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem stated that the prayers were held in the mosque's courtyards despite the challenges posed by the occupation forces.
Earlier, 90,000 worshippers attended the first Friday prayers of Ramadan at Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite tightened restrictions by the occupation forces, including military checkpoints and identity checks at the entrances to the Old City of Jerusalem.
