And the Premier League quartet have received a boost in their pursuit of the 26-year-old after the latest on his transfer emerged in a stunning report.

According to Record, Gyokeres has expressed his desire to LEAVE Sporting this summer.

The Portuguese outlet led coverage of his desire with the headline 'Exit in glory', revealing his aim to fulfilling the objective of clinching another domestic title with Sporting, who currently sit at the top of the league.
