‘The Blind Side’ star requires hospitalization after experiencing scary symptoms

Actor, Quinton Aaron, known primarily for the lead role in “The Blind Side,” where he portrayed former NFL offensive lineman Michael Oher and worked alongside Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw, is currently in the hospital.

Aaron was a admitted on Feb. 27 with scary symptoms that included a high fever and a bloody cough.

However, Aaron who’s 40, prefers to remain positive and upbeat and told TMZ, in an interview published on March 4, “I feel optimistic. I’ll be back on my feet in no time,” it was reported in an account on eonline.com.

Aaron noted he’s has undergone extensive testing by physicians at the Southern California Medical Center and that it it likely he is experiencing a severe case of Type A flu and pneumonia.

What’s more, he’s also complaining of migraine headaches that last throughout the day.

Aaron says he’s being administered a round of antibiotics — and as a result he’s thankfully not coughing up any more blood.

The Bronx native, who stands at six feet, eight inches tall, is looking with enthusiasm toward being released from the hospital.

He has also received a peripherally inserted central catheter, which, according to the Mayo Clinic, is used to administer antibiotics and medications into the bloodstream, the report went on to explain.

But while Aaron may have hinted that his condition is becoming much improved, this isn’t the first time the actor — who was forced to cancel an appearance in Southern California due to his illness— has been hospitalized for a similar condition.

In 2019, he was admitted to the hospital due to an upper respiratory infection and an inflammatory bronchitis flare up.

As he explained to TMZ at the time, he had been “sick for the past couple of months” and “couldn’t shake it.”

But thankfully, back then, he was able to make a complete recovery after being released from the hospital.

“I’m out, everything is all good,” Aaron said in a since-deleted Instagram video. “I’m gonna go take my medicines. I’m about to go home and take a nap because I’m tired, couldn’t sleep, people walking in my room at all hours of the night.”
