Mohamed Salah was once again Liverpool’s saviour, as the Reds came from behind to win 3-1 versus Southampton.
Liverpool were ‘sloppy’ against the Saints in the first-half, falling behind to a Will Smallbone goal just before the break.
Luckily for Arne Slot though, his side would turn on the magic in the first half, with ‘game changing’ Darwin Nunez getting the Reds back into the game.
With the score at 1-1, Mohamed Salah would then step up to the plate for Liverpool yet again, coolly dispatching two penalties.
The Egyptian’s two goals not only secured Liverpool’s comeback, but it also made Reds history in the process.

That however wasn’t the only Premier League record Salah broke against Southampton, with the Liverpool forward also matching Sergio Aguero’s tally of 184 goals in the all-time top goalscorer list.
Now only three goals behind fourth-placed Andy Cole, you would fancy Salah to leapfrog the ex-Man United man pretty soon.
