On Saturday night, the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers will go head-to-head in one of the most highly-anticipated games of the NBA season. In addition to this being another chapter in one of the most historic rivalries in all of sports, this is also a potential NBA Finals preview as both teams are in a good spot to make a deep playoff run.
The last time these teams went against one another, the Lakers came out on top. In what could be their last chance this season, the Celtics will look to exact revenge. The Celtics, who are in the midst of a three-game winning streak, also made an announcement around Jrue Holiday, one of their key players, that should make an impact on the game.
In his second season in Boston, Holiday is continuing to prove his importance to the team. However, the UCLA alum has missed four straight games for the Celtics due to a hand injury and has only appeared in five games since the beginning of February. Regardless, the team announced that Holiday will officially make his return against the Lakers.

Having Holiday in action against the Lakers, who have added superstar Luka Doncic to the roster since the last time they faced Boston, should prove to be a big help to the team. This season, Holiday is making an impact in every facet of the game for the Celtics when he is on the court.
With just over a month left this season, the Celtics are unlikely to steal the No. 1 seed from the Cleveland Cavaliers, who are eight games ahead of them in the standings. Regardless, as they look to repeat as champions, ending the season on a high note is still important.
