£33m ace, in-demand striker, young star - The 11 players on Nottingham Forest's transfer 'radar'

The 2024/25 season still has some way to run but Nottingham Forest are already turning attention to a big summer transfer window.

It was a quiet January for the Reds amid a focus on keeping Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad together. However, the summer is likely to be much busier in terms of ins and outs.

Forest have been credited with an interest in a number of potential targets as they begin to put plans in place. Below, NottinghamshireLive takes a look at the players linked with the Reds.

Hugo Bueno: The Wolverhampton Wanderers left-back is on loan at Feyenoord. The Reds are said to have been "hugely impressed" by some of his recent performances and are "considering" making a bid in the summer. Leeds United are also said to be keen on the 22-year-old.

Igor Paixao: The winger has been in fine form for Feyenoord this term. Bournemouth, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur are also circling amid talk of a £25 million price tag. Speaking about his future recently, the Brazilian said: "I have a contract with Feyenoord until 2029. God and Feyenoord decide what happens."

Davide Frattesi: Reports have suggested Forest will "try to buy" the Inter Milan midfielder in the summer, if they qualify for the Champions League. The Italian giants are said to have placed a £33m price tag on the player's head, with Spurs and Roma also keen.

Bright Osayi-Samuel: According to reports from Turkey, the Fenerbahce full-back has signed a pre-contract agreement with Forest as they made him "the most serious offer". Fenerbahce are said to have held three rounds of talks in a bid to get him to extend his stay, but the defender reportedly rejected their latest offer of a new deal. Crystal Palace are also said to be eyeing him up.

Luis Henrique: The Reds are said to be among several Premier League sides to have watched the Marseille attacker in action. Newcastle United and Everton seemingly have their eye on him, too. A versatile forward, the Brazilian can operate as a winger on either flank or as a No.10.

Alexis Saelemaekers: Forest were first linked with the AC Milan winger last summer but he ended up going out on loan to Roma. His future beyond the end of the season is said to be up in the air, with Newcastle said to have joined the Reds in taking an interest while Roma could look to keep hold of him. He is valued in the region of £16.5m.

Bryan Cristante: A "request for information" about the Roma midfielder is said to have been made by Forest. Reports have suggested any negotiations could look at the possibility of a swap deal involving Nicolas Dominguez heading in the opposite direction. Cristante is also said to have admirers in the MLS and Saudi Arabia.

Tammy Abraham: Up front is an area the Reds will certainly look to strengthen in the summer, and the Roma forward is reportedly being monitored by the club. Should the ex-Chelsea man move on, though, it is likely he will not be short of options. West Ham United, Newcastle, Fulham, Everton and Leeds have also been linked.

Yuri Alberto: Talk of a £19m bid from Forest for the Corinthians striker emerged in January. Nothing materialised then, but the Reds are reportedly among a number of sides to have been in touch with the forward's agent since. They could face competition from the Hammers, Wolves, Bournemouth, Fulham and Inter Milan despite a reported £82m release clause in Alberto's contract.

Raul Asencio: Reports from Spain have suggested Forest have put forward a "concrete and ambitious offer" for the Real Madrid defender. It has been claimed Forest are "willing to pay" £33m to sign him as they view the 22-year-old as one for the future. However, last month it was claimed the Spanish giants had not made a "definitive decision" on the youngster's future.

Jean-Philippe Mateta: No sooner had the winter window closed, Forest were being linked with the Crystal Palace striker. Amid suggestions of his future at Selhurst Park being in doubt due to a contract stand-off, speculation about the player's future emerged. Manchester United, Chelsea, Newcastle, West Ham, Bournemouth and Aston Villa were also credited with an interest.
