Everton were held to a 1-1 draw against relegation-threatened Wolves on Saturday evening.
The Toffees went ahead in the first half through Jack Harrison before Marshal Munetsi found the leveller shortly after.
David Moyes’ men huffed and puffed but didn’t manage to find a winning goal, despite a good chance for Beto late on.
The point leaves Everton in 14th place, 16 points clear of the relegation zone, so clearly they’re set to retain their Premier League status.
The Toffees are up against Moyes’ former side West Ham United next week and the Scotsman has just sent an honest message ahead of the clash.

David Moyes says it will be a ‘horrible game’ vs West Ham United
Speaking to BBC Match of the Day, Moyes admitted that it will be a ‘horrible game’ against West Ham United next week.
“It’s a horrible game because I’ve got a lot of great memories of the people there,” Moyes explained.

“I have also got close bond with the players there. We’ve done some good things over the years. It will be difficult playing against them.
“It’s a privilege to come against good lads and good staff. I look forward to seeing them.”
It will be Moyes’ first return to the London Stadium since he left the club last summer.
Moyes expected to get warm reception
Whilst it did turn a little sour towards the end of Moyes’ tenure in charge of West Ham, the Scotsman is still expected to get a warm reception.
The 61-year-old brought unprecedented success in Europe, winning the UEFA Conference League in 2023.
Moyes also led the club to multiple campaigns in the Europa League and since leaving, the Hammers are now languishing in the bottom half of the table.
They’ve already sacked one manager in the post-Moyes era and now Graham Potter is the man tasked with returning the Hammers to Europe.
