Ruud van Nistelrooy will be eyeing some redemption this weekend when Leicester City head to Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
Van Nistelrooy’s record makes for grim reading, as Leicester have taken seven points from a possible 42 under his guidance.
But despite failing to win 11 of their last 12 matches, the Foxes remain in the fight for survival, only six points behind 17th place Wolves.
The biggest problem is that supporters can’t see where the next point is coming from – never mind win – as Leicester clash with Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City, Newcastle, Brighton and Arsenal in their next six.

Harry Souttar was sent on loan to Sheffield United in the summer, with the centre-back making 21 appearances in the Championship this term.
Souttar, who Leicester signed for £15 million in January 2023, has played a crucial role in the Blades’ battle for automatic promotion.
