The defender didn't feature for Sheffield United as they beat Preston North End 1-0 at home in the Championship.
Clarke is currently sidelined for Chris Wilder's side, with his manager saying: "Harry won't be available for the next 2-3 weeks.
"He had a whack under his foot which is pretty sore so that needs settling down so that's just a time thing."
The Blades are next in action when they host Bristol City on Tuesday night.
ALI AL-HAMADI
The forward started for Stoke City as they lost 3-2 at Coventry City in the Championship.

The midfielder started for Wycombe Wanderers as they drew 1-1 away to Peterborough United in League One.
Humphreys played the full 90 minutes for Mike Dodds' side, who equalised via Richard Kone's stoppage-time goal to keep the Chairboys in the automatic promotion places ahead of Wrexham on goal difference.
