Chelsea have offered Everton by putting either of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall or Chukwuemeka in exchange of Armando Broja. Chelsea need to sign a proper no.9 and a ruthless one. But the transfer amount should be the equivalent to the player. Analyst also suggests that Armando Broja can be a hit or miss again from the management. But in this case a swap deal would legalize the financial problem. As the team would get the disadvantage or have the downfall by not having a proper 9. There are players those like Sancho Madueke who could be very much stable by getting a 9. And could improve massively. Also it would cement the place for Chelsea in the top 4. And by this it could be the most important and vital possible transfer window for them.
