Manchester United were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Arsenal after a fiery clash with Mikel Arteta's side in the Premier League

A mediocre first half exploded into life in first-half stoppage time as Bruno Fernandes curled home an impressive free kick in front of the Stretford End as Old Trafford exploded into life.

Noussair Mazraoui should have made it 2-0 when he fired his effort goalwards but David Raya stuck out a leg to deny him. That would come back to haunt them with nearly 15 minutes to go as Declan Rice swept home an impressive strike which nestled in off the far post.

United had a chance to win it at the death through Fernandes but Raya pawed it away to save Arsenal. Following the draw, MEN Sport has taken a closer look at United's next five fixtures following the clash with the Gunners.

United's next five fixtures

March 13 vs Real Sociedad (H) at 8pm - Europa League L16

March 16 vs Leicester City (A) at 7pm - Premier League

April 1 vs Nottingham Forest (A) at 8pm - Premier League

April 6 vs Manchester City (H) at 4.30pm - Premier League

April 13 vs Newcastle (A) at 4.30pm - Premier League

What MEN Sport says: You look at those next five fixtures and United are arguably only favourites to win two of the matches. Against Real Sociedad, they are only marginally preferred to the San Sebastian club thanks to being at home in the second leg. You would also fancy them to beat a woeful Leicester City side but that's not a given if Ruud van Nistelrooy can rejuvenate his team to cause an upset. After the international break though, it looks like more pain could on the way for the Reds. Forest, City and Newcastle are all battling for the Champions League and have all been more coherent than this current United squad over the course of the season.

Tottenham's next five fixtures

March 13 vs AZ Alkmaar (H) at 8pm - Europa League L16

March 16 vs Fulham (A) at 1.30pm - Premier League

April 3 vs Chelsea (A) at 8pm - Premier League

April 6 vs Southampton (H) at 2pm - Premier League

April 12 vs Wolves (A) at 3pm - Premier League

Everton's next five fixtures

March 15 vs West Ham (H) at 3pm - Premier League

April 2 vs Liverpool (A) at 8pm - Premier League

April 5 vs Arsenal (H) at 12.30pm - Premier League

April 12 vs Nottingham Forest (A) at 3pm - Premier League

April 19 vs Manchester City (H) at 3pm - Premier League
