David Moyes is set to be given a substantial budget this summer transfer window.
The stadium move to Bramley-Moore Dock will be transformative for Everton’s finances, as they’re set to bank around an extra £40m in revenue.
Everton have been limited by PSR restrictions in recent years, but finally, the club are almost out of the woods.
David Moyes wants to recruit players to match the elite stadium, which is set to stage some of the biggest events in sport and leisure.
With that said, there’s now a rumour that they could sign a very talented striker in Italy.

Everton open talks to sign Tammy Abraham
According to CaughtOffside, Everton are showing a serious interest in AC Milan striker Tammy Abraham ahead of the summer transfer window.
In fact, it’s understood that club chiefs have already started talks with Abraham’s representatives, who will look to secure him a move back to the Premier League.

West Ham United and Newcastle also want Abraham
The report further adds that West Ham United and Newcastle will also fight to sign Abraham once the window opens in June.
Wolves and Nottingham Forest are also keeping tabs on his situation and have made contact with his camp.
The 27-year-old is contracted until 2027 at Roma, so they are likely to remand a fairly sizable fee for Abraham, who ‘can be one of the best in the world’ according to Lorenzo Pellegrini, via FourFourTwo.
