Gronbaek, 23, admitted his bit-part role since joining Southampton on loan from French side Rennes in January has been "very difficult" to deal with.
The Denmark international hoped to play regularly on the south coast but managed just six minutes between his debut at Ipswich and the game at Anfield.
He went unused in defeats to AFC Bournemouth and Chelsea with Juric explaining his preference for Portugal youth international Mateus Fernandes.
After defeat to Chelsea, Ivan Juric claimed Albert Gronbaek could only play in the 'Mateus Fernandes position'.
Yet, 11 days later, he found a way to get them into the same team and Gronbaek gave us a taste of what he can offer.#SaintsFC https://t.co/LswJMc5GVH

"Of course (it's frustrating). I always wanted to play football. The reason I came here was to play some football," Gronbaek told the Daily Echo.
"But I just have to keep doing my best every day at training. I think I've been training very nice, so to get the start here was very nice.
"You always want to play football as a footballer but sometimes you just have to stay patient. I think I've done that. It was just nice to finally get some minutes.
"It has been very difficult because I was hoping I would play more. Hopefully, I will be able to play some more minutes in the next games."
Gronbaek led the line alongside Fernandes on Merseyside before being replaced by a more natural forward option in Cameron Archer.
Although he only had 15 touches, he set the standard with his press and gave everything until being replaced just after the hour mark.
Asked if he has done enough to keep his starting spot, he said: "I'm not sure. You have to ask the coach. It depends also on how I'm going to train, but hopefully."
Southampton welcome 17th-place Wolves to St Mary's on Saturday with 14 points currently separating the two sides.
