Luka Doncic embraced the Los Angeles Lakers spirit, as he hit the court against the Boston Celtics in his new signature sneakers.
The 26-year-old, whose trade to the Purple and Gold shocked the NBA world, debuted the "Jordan Luka 4" in a Lakers colorway on Saturday.
Amid the highly anticipated rivalry game, Doncic was seen laced up with the purple and gold sneakers, showcasing the iconic Lakers colors.
The "Jordan Luka 4" colorway also featured a light blue midsole, paying homage to the early Los Angeles era with royal blue and white accents.
While the shoe made an appearance at the Lakers-Celtics showdown, fans will have to wait a few more months before they can get their hands on Doncic's new signature sneakers.
However, not all fans appeared excited to get a pair of the "Jordan Luka 4" Lakers colorway.
In an Instagram post shared by Bleacher Report Kicks, some fans expressed reluctance to purchase the sneakers after noticing a subtle gesture from the NBA star.
