The Hammers will compete in a four-team tournament alongside Manchester United, Everton, and AFC Bournemouth, with matches scheduled in three major US cities – New Jersey, Chicago, and Atlanta.
The tour kicks off on Saturday, July 26, with West Ham taking on Man United at the 82,500-capacity MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The stadium is also scheduled to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup final.
From there, Graham Potter and his troops will travel to the 61,500-seater Soldier Field in Chicago, home of the National Football League (NFL) side Chicago Bears, to battle Everton on Wednesday, July 30.
The final stop of West Ham’s US tour takes them to another World Cup host venue – Atlanta’s 71,000-capacity Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday, August 3, where they will go head-to-head with Bournemouth.
Head Coach Graham Potter expressed his enthusiasm about the tour. He said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to take part in the Premier League Summer Series in the United States this summer.
“It will be a huge honour to represent West Ham United in some amazing cities and at three iconic stadiums.
Premier League Chief Executive Richard Masters echoed the excitement, emphasising the league’s strong connection with football fans in the US.
“We are delighted to bring the Premier League Summer Series back to the United States,” he said.
“These matches will provide fans with a fantastic experience, showcasing world-class players and managers just before the new season begins.”
The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with the club that accumulates the most points crowned Summer Series champions.
West Ham will be keen to follow in the footsteps of London rivals Chelsea, who lifted the trophy in 2023.
The Premier League’s broadcast partner in the US – NBC Sports – will be the host broadcaster across NBCUniversal’s networks and Peacock.
However, West Ham fans can follow the Summer Series build-up on the club’s official digital and social channels and via Premier League and PLinUSA channels on social media.
