Amad Diallo and Joshua Zirkzee
Manchester United star Amad Diallo has hit back at Gabriel Magalhaes after seeing fake quotes of him teasing the team's forwards
Manchester United star Amad has hit back at Gabriel Magalhaes after the Arsenal star was reported to say he has "scored more than all of United's forwards" - but didn't realise they were fake quotes.
United drew 1-1 with the Gunners at Old Trafford on Sunday despite being the underdogs, with the Red Devils in 14th place in the league while Arsenal are second behind Liverpool.
Ruben Amorim's said were unlucky not to win the game after missing a late chance through Bruno Fernandes, who had earlier broke the deadlock before Declan Rice's equaliser.
And with United finishing the game as the stronger side, Amad teased Gabriel by posting a meme of team-mate Joshua Zirkzee waving to Arsenal fans following their penalty shootout win over the Gunners in the FA Cup in January.

It was in response to a fake meme of the defender being asked: "Are you particularly scared of any United attackers you might face on Sunday," with the player replying: "I'm pretty sure I've scored more than all of them."
Supporters were quick to warn Amad - who is currently injured until the summer - that the quotes weren't real, as one said: "You've been trolled my son."
Another wrote: "It isn't a real quote, Gabriel didn't say that lol," while a third noted how Diallo had been duped by an account labelled "Troll Football ", adding: "Our star player is falling for fake quotes from trollfootball."
Gabriel Magalhaes in a meme
Supporters poked fun at Amad for not realising Gabriel's quotes had been posted by an account called "Troll Football"
Arsenal fans also took pleasure in seeing Diallo fall for it, as one said: "Sat in 14th, closer to relegation zone than Arsenal. While their players are more focused on point scoring over fake quotes."
"I genuinely thought that this was a fake account," another fan said. "it’s even funnier that he’s responded to a page that’s called troll football AND it’s a fake quote."
Despite Gabriel's quote being fake, the 27-year-old has scored as just many as Zirkzee has in the Premier League after netting three times so far.
The Brazilian also has the same amount of goals as Garnacho and more than Hojlund's two in the top flight, with only Diallo able to say he has outscored the defender after netting six.
