Everton are already making plans for the summer transfer window.
The Friedkin Group will give David Moyes a substantial budget to spend with PSR issues finally expected to clear.
Everton are already eyeing Rangers’ Hamza Igamane, who has enjoyed a sensational breakout season in Scotland.
Igamane is valued at around £25m, so he was unattainable in January but Moyes will be able to spend much more freely this summer.
The Toffees have also identified a potential Jarrad Branthwaite replacement as he continues to be linked with a big-money move to Manchester United.
And, the centre-back target has now spoken out about his future.

Maxime Esteve says he’s really happy at Burnley
Everton are eyeing a summer move for Burnley’s Maxime Esteve after his starring performances in the Championship this term.
The Toffees believe he could be the perfect replacement for Branthwaite if he does indeed depart Goodison Park.

They aren’t alone in their interest, however, as Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in Esteve and even made a bid for the £30m-rated defender in the January transfer window.
Although, speaking to Le Figaro, Esteve has made it very clear that he’s happy at Burnley and feels completely at home.
“I feel happy, quite simply,” the 22-year-old said. “And then the fans adopted me straight away. No, honestly, it’s great, I feel at home here.”
Esteve did admit that his goal is to play in the Premier League every season, so evidently, if Burnley don’t manage to gain promotion this season, he’ll likely leave Turf Moore this summer.
“Playing in Europe is often what we talk about… Yes, but I start from the principle that if you play in the Premier League, for me, you have almost better matches than you sometimes have in the Champions League in a team in more difficulty.”
“The ideal would be to play in a top European club, but at the moment, the objective that I have set for myself is to play every year in the Premier League.”
Esteve is under contract until 2029, so Burnley do hold the cards if they go up.
