NFL Makes 5-Word Post After Historic Josh Allen News

Josh Allen just received a historic new contract from the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, which makes him the highest-paid quarterback in the NFL today.

The Bills and Allen agreed to a six-year contract worth $330 million. Even better, it has $250 million in guaranteed money, which is the "largest guarantee ever given to an NFL player," according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

After news about Allen's contract surfaced, the NFL reacted to the development and celebrated the Bills star's deal.

On social media, the league posted a five-word message to emphasize Allen's status as the highest-paid signal-caller.

"The NFL's newest highest-paid QB," the NFL wrote along with a photo of Allen.

For what it's worth, the NFL's celebration didn't end there. In another post, the NFL further highlighted how massive Josh Allen's deal with the Bills was, writing, "@JoshAllenQB just broke the bank."

Sure enough, the Bills star deserves the huge payday following a rather spectacular year for him. While they were unable to win the Super Bowl, Allen bagged the regular season MVP award to cap off the 2024 campaign.

Allen tallied 3,731 passing yards and 28 touchdowns against just six interceptions during the 2024 season. He led the Bills to a 13-4 record, allowing them to secure the AFC East division title for the fifth straight season.

With Allen just 28 years old and locked in with the Bills for the next half decade, hopes are certainly high that he will be able to lead Buffalo to the promised land.
