JAKARTA -- Indonesia and Vietnam have agreed to elevate bilateral relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership, their leaders agreed on Monday.
To Lam, the general secretary of Vietnam's Communist Party, met with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto in Jakarta and discussed regional security and economic cooperation.
