Barcelona have joined Arsenal in the race to sign young striker this summer. The player has been in superb form so far and will cost as high as €60 million.
Both Arsenal and Barca are in search of new strikers this summer. Firstly, Gunners need an upgrade on Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus. They have learnt that it is not possible to win the league title without a clinical striker.
On the other hand, Barca are looking to replace Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker has been very good for them especially since the arrival of Hansi Flick. But, he will turn 37 this summer and will need a proper replacement.
Barcelona join Arsenal in the race to sign Spanish striker
Gunners have been linked with multiple names across whole Europe. They have Isak and Sesko as top targets but it won’t be easy to land any one of them. As for Isak it will require £150 million whereas Sesko has multiple clubs showing interest in him.
Arsenal also need to focus on other areas and hence proper planning is needed. Recently, they joined the race for Samu Aghehowa pf FC Porto. He is 20 years old Spanish striker who has been superb so far for Portugese giants.

Samu has has scored 20 goals along with 3 assists this season. He also made his international debut of Spain national team. Porto are aware of his quality, importance and demand, hence they are asking for around €50 million to €60 million.
Fichajes have reported that Barcelona have joined the race for Samu Aghehowa. The Spanish club finds his quality on pitch, age and price tag suitable for their demands. Gunners will view this as a blow in the pursuit of 20 year old.
Barca can convince Samu Aghehowa to join them as playing in Spain will increase his chances of playing in national team. But, Barca also have eyes on other options available in market such as Jonathan David who can be signed for free.
