Milos Kerkez of Bournemouth has been linked with Liverpool
Liverpool continue to be linked with a move for Bournemouth defender Milos Kerkez. The Cherries left-back has been tipped to be one of the most sought-after players in the Premier League when the summer transfer window opens in a few months time.
Arne Slot currently has Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas as his left-back options in the Liverpool squad. Rumours have been swirling for several months that Kerkez is apparently a target for the Reds, and now a fresh update has emerged about the Hungary international's future.
Fabrizio Romano has reported for Give Me Sport that Kerkez switching agents in January could provide a boost to Liverpool. Kerkez now has Fali Ramadani with Lian Sports as his new representatives, who also have the same agency as Federico Chiesa, who signed from Juventus last summer.

This would not be the only ace up Liverpool's sleeve in the race to sign Kerkez. Reds sporting director Richard Hughes worked at Bournemouth when he signed Kerkez from AZ Alkmaar in the summer of 2023, and it's this reality that the report states could also help the Anfield hierarchy get a deal for the left-back over the line.
Liverpool may also be able to call on Dominik Szoboszlai to help them bring Kerkez to Anfield, should the reported interest turn out to be genuine. Szoboszlai and Kerkez are Hungary international teammates and good friends off the pitch, with the Reds star often commenting on the Bournemouth defender's posts on Instagram.
Various reports have claimed to provide an update on the fee Bournemouth would demand for Kerkez's signature. Some reports have claimed that the Cherries have placed a £40million price tag on the left-back.
