On a busy day for NFL offseason moves, the New Orleans Saints lost some depth in their secondary. Cornerback Paulson Adebo reportedly agreed to terms with the New York Giants on Monday afternoon.
In 2024, Adebo grabbed three interceptions, deflected 10 passes and collected 43 solo tackles. He tied with Tyrann Mathieu for the team lead in interceptions this past season.
A 2021 third round pick out of Stanford, Adebo started in 51 of 52 games of his career, all with the Saints.
Adebo's season ended early in 2024, suffering a broken leg in October. In a video he posted to social media recently, the former Stanford CB showed that has made significant progress in his recovery.
