As the quarterback dominoes continue to fall around the NFL landscape, things are starting to get tight for quarterback Russell Wilson regarding a job for 2025.
According to NFL reporter Connor J Hughes, one team that remains interested in Wilson though is the Tennessee Titans, owners of the No. 1 overall pick.

Along with the Titans, the New York Giants remain an option for Wilson, too, but with the New York Jets signing Justin Fields, the Las Vegas Raiders trading for Geno Smith, and the Steelers seemingly setting their sights on Aaron Rodgers after losing out on Fields, things are starting to dwindle for Wilson.
Last season, Wilson started 11 regular season games for the Steelers and looked quite good early on, leading the Steelers to four straight wins and at one point had a 6-1 mark as the starter, helping lead the Steelers’ offense into a top-10 scoring attack.
But after an explosive performance against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13 in which he threw for 414 yards and two touchdowns in a 44-38 win, things fell off a cliff for Wilson and the Steelers’ offense. Down the stretch, Wilson and the Steelers lost five straight games and failed to score more than 17 points in each game, including in a blowout 28-14 Wild Card Round loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Though Wilson stated his desire to return to the Steelers for the 2025 season and beyond, that five-game losing streak, along with the reported clash with offensive coordinator Arthur Smith seemingly soured the Wilson era in Pittsburgh and has the Steelers in search of a new quarterback.
