When motorsports store owner Dylan Yap received a request for a product viewing at his showroom one afternoon, he faced a hurdle – he was out of town and did not have anyone who could help.

Physician Aura Antonio is one such customer. Unlike many individuals who rent to keep their fine wines, precious art or expensive collectibles, Ms Antonio had a sentimental reason for her storage use.
“When my children moved abroad, my husband and I downsized our home. But I couldn’t bear to throw away things that belonged to them when they were children – art work, souvenirs, clothes and old books – and so I decided to find a space to help me preserve those memories,” she explains.
