However, the Nuggets recently faced a potential setback when Jokic sustained an injury during this week's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The injury occurred in the first quarter when he collided with Chet Holmgren, resulting in him landing awkwardly and experiencing immediate discomfort in his elbow.
Jokic was able to finish the game and put up decent numbers, but he was not the same after the injury.

The Thunder have been on a remarkable run this season, currently holding the top spot in the Western Conference with a record of 53-11.
Their success can be largely attributed to the outstanding performance of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who has been averaging 32.8 points, 6.2 assists, and 5.1 rebounds per game.
The team has been on a seven-game winning streak, including a recent victory over the Nuggets, where they dominated with a score of 127-103.
OKC are the favorites to win tonight's game. The Nuggets, despite having a strong season themselves, have struggled against the Thunder in their recent encounters.
The Thunder have won two out of the three matchups against the Nuggets this season, and their recent form suggests they have the upper hand.
