Pathways Report: Clean sweep across the grades

The nib Newcastle Knights pathways squads were in action over the weekend with games across Newcastle and Sydney.

In Sydney, the Senior Reps squads (NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg) kicked off their seasons with a clash against the Wests Tigers pathways squads.

Meanwhile back in Newcastle, the Junior Reps held their first full day of the year with all six grades taking to the field at Raymond Terrace.

NSW Cup - Knights 36-10 Magpies

The NSW Cup side kicked off the new reserve grade season with a strong 36-10 win over the Western Suburbs Magpies at Lidcombe Oval on Saturday.

The team ran in six tries to the Magpies two with Will Pryce having a hand in multiple tries while Connor Votano, Ayden Hoad, Tom Cant, Riley Jones and Jacob Davis got across the stripe.

Starting off the season on the right foot, the squad will travel down to Henson Park to take on the Newtown Jets this Saturday.
