The news came so fast and furious that we're still catching up and processing things, Justin Fields plays for the NY Jets. D.K. Metcalf plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers now. Darius Slay is also a Steeler.

So, back to that previous thought... You never know what you get with this game sometimes... That's why we keep tuning in... It's the unpredictable nature of team sports. It's the only entertaining thing we have in our lives that isn't scripted.
The Eagles have reportedly decided to move off Slay and designate him as a post-June 1st cut (though nothing is official yet). On the first day of legal tampering, Jordan Schultz reported he's finalizing a deal to join the cross-state Steelers.
Okay, let us get this straight... Slay and Darnell Washington might wind up being teammates. Who would have thought something like that might happen after we all saw this live when it happened?

The plot thickened as Mike Florio announced Slay doesn't have a deal done with the Steelers yet. What can we say? Welcome to free agency.
