Everton are set for a summer full of change as The Friedkin Group start the new era at Bramley Moore Dock.
Soon after arriving on Merseyside, TFG sacked Sean Dyche and reappointed David Moyes, who has transformed the Toffees immediately.
With Everton now 16 points above the relegation zone, they have also turned their attention to the boardroom with changes confirmed already.

Although they are not yet mathematically safe, Everton are comfortably clear of the drop zone and will be eager to get this season over with as they prepare for a new era.
At the end of the current campaign, Everton make the move to Bramley-Moore Dock and doing so under new ownership with no big restrictions on spending money suggests more positive times are ahead.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
However, a new era does mark a period of change in Merseyside and TFG will bring in Angus Kinnear from Leeds United at the end of the campaign as they make changes to their backroom set-up.
Going the other way and leaving Everton is director of football Kevin Thelwell, who posted a heartfelt message on X to confirm his departure from the club.
Idrissa Gana Gueye was quick to send his thanks to Thelwell though, writing on X (10 March): “Coming back to Everton felt like coming home, and I have to thank Kevin Thelwell for making that happen. From day one, he showed how much he cared about this club, always fighting to make it stronger, even in the toughest times.
“We all know the challenges Everton has faced the last three years, but through it all, Kevin gave everything to help the team move forward. Everton is more than just a football club, it’s an institution built by the people who give their heart and soul to it.
“Everyone who comes here plays a part in its history and growth. Kevin has definitely left his mark. Wishing him the best for what’s next.”

Everton in period of change
Thelwell has been at Goodison Park for several years, and a changing of the guard feels right after he helped navigate Everton away from tough times.
From the new stadium, to points deductions and limited transfer spends, the director has seen it all and remaining in the Premier League will be part of his legacy.
Given that Thelwell was responsible for helping bring Gueye back to Everton, it’s no wonder he holds him in high regard as a player who is happy at Everton.

The 35-year-old is one of several players who is set to be out of contract in the summer transfer window but despite interest from Saudi Arabia, Everton are said to be keen on keeping Gueye as a Blue.
A possible new contract for Gueye highlights that the Blues are not making complete changes, but the midfielder will be forced to adapt to life at a new Everton if he is to extend his time with the club.
