Last week, Samsung released the March 2025 security update to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in South Korea. Today, the company has expanded the availability of that update to almost all regions worldwide.

The latest software update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 brings the March 2025 security patch that fixes dozens of security flaws discovered recently. The update comes with firmware version F721BXXSAGYB2 in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Oceania (Australia and New Zealand)

In the USA, the update is available for carrier-locked and factory-unlocked variants of the Galaxy Z Flip 4. The carrier-locked version of the phone gets the update with firmware version F721USQS8GYB2, while the factory-unlocked version of the Z Flip 4 has started getting the update bearing firmware version F721U1UES8GYB2.

This could be the last security update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 before the stable One UI 7.0 update arrives sometime next month. You can watch all the features that One UI 7.0 could bring to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in the video below.
