The Friedkin Group have already started to transform Everton.
The new owners have made several changes already, with David Moyes returning to replace Sean Dyche, which has seen the Toffees immediately separate themselves from the relegation zone.
There is more to follow in the summer too, with Kevin Thelwell having announced his exit from Merseyside while Angus Kinnear is set to be appointed from Leeds United.

While you can appreciate some of the good work Thelwell carried out in difficult circumstances at Everton over the past few years, it’s not hard to understand why the owners are keen to make changes.
Given Moyes has already changed things on the pitch too, it could well be an exciting time ahead as the Scotsman looks to add to his squad and put together a side that can compete higher up.

MORE TOFFEES STORIES
TFG have already secured a new £350million funding package for the new stadium from blue-chip lenders, something which could save Everton £50m-a-year.
Writing in the Liverpool Echo (11 March), Michael Ball admitted that, among other things, could be huge: “It’s good to see that Everton’s new owners The Friedkin Group are doing everything possible to try and improve us as a football club, whether it’s on or off-the-field matters and the announcements of the past week can help with both.
“That of course includes loans and refinancing to save us money on the interest as even for a Premier League football club, £50million is a huge sum to get back.”

Everton set for new era under TFG
When the takeover was completed, Everton were flirting with relegation, which made safety in the Premier League the number one priority for the Friedkins to sort out.
Although Dyche was given a chance to turn things round, the decision to bring Moyes in has done a world of good, with relegation worries already put to bed.
As Ball says, there were always going to be changes in the boardroom and bringing in names that have the necessary experience to work with the American owners could certainly benefit Everton.
For many Blues fans, being able to make steady progress in a sustainable financial position is enough for now, and what supporters have been crying out for for a while.
However, TFG do seem to have got Everton into an exciting position and if they can be shrewd in their summer transfer business, there is no reason we can’t see the Blues pushing much further next season.
There is plenty of work to be done to secure long-term progress but the early signs have been good and Everton can look ahead to more positive times.
