SIGNING: OL Will Fries to Minnesota -- The Vikings won out on Fries, according to Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer, who noted the Patriots were also “involved.”
SIGNING: CB Marco Wilson back with Cincinnati -- Wilson, who spent time in New England last season, is back with the Bengals, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
SIGNING: DL Javon Gargrave to Minnesota -- The Vikings have agreed to a deal with the Pro Bowl DL, according to NFL Network.
SIGNING: S Jevon Holland to Giants -- The former Dolphins star has agreed to a three-year, $45 million deal, according to The Athletic’s Jeff Howe.
SIGNING: DL Jonathan Allen to Vikings -- Cut by Washington, the Pro Bowl defensive lineman is now heading to Minnesota, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
SIGNING: OT Cornelius Lucas to Browns -- According to cleveland.com, the veteran tackle has agreed to a two-year deal worth up to $10 million.
SIGNING: DE Chauncey Golston to Giants -- The pass rusher has agreed to a three-year, $19.5 million deal to head to New York, according to NFL Network.
SIGNING: LB Elandon Roberts to Raiders -- Roberts, a former Patriots linebacker, heads to Las Vegas on a one-year deal, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
CUT: FB Kyle Jusczyk released by 49ers -- According to The Athletic, San Francisco has parted ways with the versatile Pro Bowler, putting him on the market in the middle of the legal tampering period.
Patriots signings and trades from Monday
Here are all the Patriots-related moves from Day 1 of legal tampering:
SIGNING: WR Mack Hollins — The Patriots are bringing in Mack Hollins on a two-year deal, $8.4 million deal, according to MassLive’s Mark Daniels.
SIGNING: QB Josh Dobbs — In need of a backup quarterback for Drake Maye, the Patriots signed Josh Dobbs to a two-year deal, according to his agent Mike McCarthy.
SIGNING: DL Milton Williams -- Initially, there was a report that the Panthers were finalizing a deal to land Willams. However, the Patriots later came in and snatched him away, signing him to a deal with $26 million per year, according to NFL Network.
TRADE:Davon Godchaux to the Saints - New England is moving on from one of its defensive starters, sending Godchaux to New Orleans in exchange for a seventh-round pick. Godchaux wasn’t considered a good fit in the Patriots' new defensive scheme under Mike Vrabel.
PATRIOTS SIGNING: OTMorgan Moses to New England -- The Patriots finally got some help at offensive tackle, landing veteran Morgan Moses on a three-year, $24 million deal, according to NFL Network.
SIGNING: CB Carlton Davis -- The Patriots are paying big money to Davis, to the tune of three years, $60 million, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Monday was a big day for moves across the NFL. Here’s a rundown of all the signings and trades that came across:
RE-SIGNING: Long snapper James Winchester returns to the Chiefs — Kansas City is bringing back James Winchester on a one-year, $1.65 million deal that’s fully guaranteed, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
SIGNING: OT James Hudson III to the Giants — New York agreed to sign James Hudson to a two-year deal with incentives, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
SIGNING: DE Joseph Ossai to the Bengals — Cincinnati is expected to bring back Ossai for a fourth season on a one-year deal, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
SIGNING: LB Chris Board to the Giants — New York is bringing Chris Board to the Meadowlands on a two-year deal, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.

RE-SIGNING: WR Darius Slayton stays with the Giants — New York is bringing back Darius Slayton on a three-year, $36 million deal, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
SIGNING: C Ryan Kelly to the Colts — Ryan Kelly will leave the Minnesota Vikings and join Indianapolis on a two-year, $18 million deal, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

TRADE: QB Kenny Pickett acquired by Browns — The Philadelphia Eagles traded Kenny Pickett to Cleveland, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The Super Bowl champions will receive Dorian Thompson-Robinson and a 2024 5th round pick. The Browns will be without Deshaun Watson for all of next season and were in need of a QB.

PATRIOTS SIGNING: DT Khyiris Tonga to New England — The Patriots continued its busy day when it added Tonga to its roster on a one-year, $2.7 million deal, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
TRADE: OT Laremy Tunsil to the Commanders — The Washington Commanders acquired five-time Pro Bowler Tunsil from the Houston Texans for a bevy of picks, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
SIGNING: LB Patrick Jones II to the Panthers — The Panthers signed Patrick Jones II to a two-year deal that can reach up to $40 million, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
SIGNING: S Jeremy Chinn to the Raiders — Jeremy Chin’s two-year deal with Las Vegas has over $12 million in guaranteed money, according to The Athletic’s Jeff Howe.
SIGNING: G Aaron Banks to the Packers — The top guard is off the market after he signed a deal with Green Bay and giving quarterback Jordan Love some added protection, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

SIGNING: S Talanoa Hufanga to the Broncos -- According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Denver is signing the safety to a three-year deal worth up to $45 million.
SIGNING: QB Justin Fields to the Jets -- After spending a year in Pittsburgh, Fields is heading to New York on a two-year, $40 million deal, according to NFL Network.
RUMOR: Patriots interested in OL Patrick Mekari -- MassLive’s Mark Daniels reports that New England is interested in the versatile offensive lineman, who started at left guard in Baltimore last year.
SIGNING: QB Sam Darnold heading to Seattle -- After trading away Geno Smith, the Seahawks have made a big splash, signing Darnold to a three-year, $100 million deal, according to NFL Network.
SIGNING: DJ Reed to the Lions -- After losing Carlton Davis to the Patriots, Detroit moved in on one of this year’s top cornerback targets. According to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini, Reed has agreed to a three-year, $48 million deal to head to Detroit.

SIGNING: Braxton Berrios leaving Miami for Houston -- Berriors, a one-time Patriots draft pick, is leaving the Miami Dolphins and signing with the Texans on a one-year deal, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.
RE-SIGNED: WR Chris Godwin sticks with Buccaneers -- One of the top free agent wide receivers is off the board. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Godwin has agreed to a three-year, $22 million to remain in Tampa Bay. That’s bad news for the Patriots, who were rumored to be in the hunt for Godwin’s services.
SIGNED: Pass rusher Haason Reddick to the Buccaneers -- Reddick has agreed to a one-year, $14 million deal to join Tampa Bay, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports.
RE-SIGNED: Panthers give CB Jaycee Horn a huge deal -- Horn is getting a four-year, $100 million deal from Atlanta, per ESPN.
CUT: Falcons release DT Grady Jarrett -- According to ESPN, Atlanta is cutting its long-time defensive leader in a cost-saving move.
RUMOR: Aaron Rodgers is in the mix for the Steelers QB job -- Pittsburgh appears to be at a QB crossroads with Russell Wilson and Justin Fields. Well, now you can reportedly add Rodgers to the mix. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that “idea of Rodgers playing for Mike Tomlin is in play.”
RE-SIGNED: Former Patriots DL Adam Butler staying with Raiders -- Butler, who started out as a UDFA in New England, is re-signing with Tom Brady’s Raiders on a three-year deal, per NFL Network.
