Everton are ready to embark on a new era as they prepare for a move to Bramley-Moore Dock at the end of the season.
There was a sigh of relief throughout Merseyside when The Friedkin Group’s takeover of Everton was completed ahead of the New Year.
Since the American owners’ arrival, things on Merseyside have been much brighter and the Toffees now sit 16 points above the relegation zone with David Moyes leading the charge.

Everton set for another summer departure
Ahead of the conclusion of the season, TFG have already put a number of changes in place.
Kevin Thelwell has announced his departure from Goodison Park after overseeing a difficult number of years as director of football at Everton.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
Meanwhile, Angus Kinnear is set to make the move to Merseyside leaving his role as CEO at Leeds United.
With several players out of contract at Everton in the summer, there are still plenty of decisions to be made by those higher up at Goodison.

While the Toffees will be keen to repay the loyalty of some people who have returned the favour with the likes of Idrissa Gana Gueye set to extend his spell with Everton, there will have to be several upgrades too.
One man who is set for an exit is Michael Keane who sees his contract expire at the end of the season after eight seasons with the Toffees.
The 32-year-old has made just 10 Premier League appearances this term having had to settle for plenty of benchwarming duties.
However, with two goals under his belt too, he has shown that when called upon, he can still deliver.
Nevertheless, with interest from Saudi Arabia, Serie A and the MLS, Keane is set to leave Everton in the summer window on a free transfer (The Mirror, pg 51, 11 March).

TFG showing a change at Everton
Keane has not been a regular in the Everton team for several seasons now, although he has still had a big role to play as one of the longest serving and most experienced players in the team.
While his role as a player may well have reduced, plenty of supporters remain fond of him due to what he has given the Toffees over many seasons.
Although TFG will have some money to spend on new players this summer, they will be keen on not going overboard and rather, working with Moyes to create a long-term project at the new stadium of Bramley-Moore Dock.
With that in mind, you can understand why players like Gueye are set to extend their stay on Merseyside and provide a level of continuity with the club.
However, for Moyes and TFG to let go of those such as Keane despite valuing what he has added to the club from an off the pitch perspective, is a sign of what’s to come in the new era.
There may be some sore goodbyes ahead but it looks as though Everton will finally be making moves to refresh the team, rather than having an ageing squad year on year.
