Yankuba Minteh arrived from Denmark, Garang Kuol was recruited from Australia, we’ve brought in Miodrag Pivas from Serbia, Baran Yildiz from Turkey and Vakhtang Saliia is due to arrive in August from Georgian side Dinamo Tiblisi.
However, it looks like we’re now scouring the South American market, with an exciting young striker the latest youth sensation to be targeted.
According to Spanish outlet [SPORT](https://www.sport.es/es/), Colombian talent Néiser Villarreal is on Newcastle United’s wish list as he prepares to depart Millonarios.
They report that Barcelona are considering a move for the 19-year-old, but also name Newcastle as a contender for his signature alongside Porto.
The Colombian youth international was recently the top scorer at the U20 Copa America with eight goals and four assists in nine matches.
Had looked set to seal a €4m move to Brazilian side Vasco da Gama in January, but the midfielder opted against the move, with his team preferring a switch to Europe this summer. This, however, indicates the sort of fee it would take to land the youngster.
