BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Former Bismarck High standout, and current University of North Dakota junior, Treysen Eaglestaff has entered the transfer portal. He will also test the NBA Draft process. Eaglestaff confirmed the decision on social media Tuesday.
The decision comes just days after Eaglestaff became the first player in three seasons [to score 50 points in a NCAA Division I men’s college basketball game.](https://www.kfyrtv.com/2025/03/08/eaglestaff-scores-51-most-by-di-player-this-season-hawks-upset/?outputType=amp)
Eaglestaff was a second-team All-Summit League selection this season after averaging nearly 19 points per game. He also averaged 2.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.1 steals per game this season.
Eaglestaff was named North Dakota’s Mr. Basketball in 2022 after averaging 30 points per game for Bismarck High School.
