Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft has been working on its Copilot AI across various applications, with the latest being Word. In a recent update to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, it is noted that Copilot in Word will soon use recent prompts as suggestions for new tasks. This means that when users are typing in Word, Copilot will display the most recent suggestions it has given, which can be used as is or modified using the Draft feature with Copilot. This is set to arrive next month.
The Roadmap says:
Based on what you're typing, Copilot in Word shows your most recent prompts, which you can use as-is or modify in Draft with Copilot.
Microsoft wants to help users work naturally and easily with AI in Word documents. To support this, the company has introduced a new Press-to-Talk feature for Copilot, allowing it to communicate with users more intuitively. This feature allows users to talk to Copilot using voice commands, as reported by Windows Report.
The company is hoping to make AI a central part of users' workflows by giving them more options to interact with and utilize AI tools effectively. This includes adding new capabilities to Copilot.
