Everton are set for a huge move in the summer to their new home, as they wave goodbye to Goodison Park.
David Moyes has all but ensured the Toffees will be making the move to Bramley-Moore Dock as a Premier League side for next season.
It has been quite the turnaround at Everton over the last couple of months under the 61-year-old.
Everton are now eight games unbeaten in the Premier League, with the threat of relegation lessening by the week.
Going into the new stadium playing Championship football would have been a disaster for Everton.
However, with things looking a lot more positive on Merseyside, Newcastle United are looking to replicate something Everton have done ahead of their move.

Newcastle want to copy £350m Everton stadium deal
Earlier this month, Everton secured a £350m financing agreement for their stadium borrowings.

The announcement means the Toffees will be set for a considerable PSR boost with massive savings made by taking on a deal with much lower interest rates.
And this is something Newcastle United are looking to replicate.
According to Mark Douglas, Newcastle’s new stadium plans are in the works and the Magpies will be looking for a low-interest finance agreement.
‘If they lend at very low interest rates – which they would – it’d be very similar to what Spurs and Everton (under new financing agreement) have done,’ he said on social media.
‘I suspect it’ll be an equity injection but they’ll be making people at NUFC work hard to prove it’s worth it.’
That is not where the PSR boosts will end for either side, with Everton expecting a huge revenue boost from their new stadium when it opens this summer.
Newcastle may be considerably higher in the league standings, but it seems they are looking to the likes of Everton for some guidance with their finances.
Dan Friedkin is proving his worth at Everton already
Having been hit with some considerable points deductions last season, Everton would not appear to be an obvious club to be praised for their finances.
Moyes has been shocked by how PSR has affected Everton in the January transfer market.
However, the new ownership on Merseyside appears to be providing a positive influence already.
Dan Friedkin has Everton lined up in a much more positive place going into the summer transfer window.
Everton are expected to be busy this summer, and they are looking like a club on the up both on and off the pitch.
