Bucks Send Five-Word Message on Giannis Antetokounmpo

Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo made history with his most recent 30-point performance. The Bucks wanted all of his doubters to know about it.

Milwaukee's social media team tweeted an image of Antetokounmpo celebrating the forward moving into 50th place on the NBA's all-time scoring list on March 9. Along with the picture, the Bucks social media posted a simple message.

"Exposing some casuals we fear," the tweet read.

Antetokounmpo has been exposing his doubters for much of his career. Since being a mid-first-round selection for Milwaukee in the 2013 NBA Draft, Antetokounmpo has made nine All-Star teams and won two league MVP awards.

At the conclusion of the 2020-21 campaign, Antetokounmpo led the Bucks to their first NBA championship since 1971. The forward won the NBA Finals MVP award in the victory.

Additionally, Antetokounmpo has earned six first-team All-NBA nominations in his 12-year career. He won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year award in 2020 and has also made second-team All-NBA twice.

With 30 points against the Cleveland Cavaliers on March 9, Antetokounmpo moved ahead of Tom Chambers on the league's all-time scoring list. Next on the list will be Joe Johnson. Antetokounmpo trails Johnson by 330 points.

The Bucks forward is also ranked in the top 100 on the NBA all-time rebounds and blocks lists.
