Eagle-eyed fans spotted the upside down flag
Eagle-eyed Manchester United fans have spotted an error in the images of their new £2bn stadium.
The Red Devils announced plans to build a brand new 100,000-seater super stadium near Old Trafford. INEOS head honcho Sir Jim Ratcliffe's dream of a 'Wembley of the North' is now one step closer.

An Old Trafford Regeneration Task Force, organised by the British billionaire, has confirmed plans to demolish Old Trafford and build a brand new home in the same area.
It's the result of an extensive consultation process where it was discussed wether existing stadium from a capacity of 74,000 to 87,000 or build a new one.
And as concept images were published by United - some eagle-eyed fans spotted a minor error.

"I'm sorry for being a nerd, but why on earth is there an upside-down Manchester United logo there," one fan said sharing the image on social media.
"The amount of identical twins in this image is incredible," a second said. While a third replied: "I'm more scared of the people who’re sprinting so fast they’ve become a blur..."
And another added: "So we can look at the league table upside down and feel better about ourselves!"

Speaking about the new stadium, Ratcliffe said: "Today marks the start of an incredibly exciting journey to the delivery of what will be the world’s greatest football stadium, at the centre of a regenerated Old Trafford.
“Our current stadium has served us brilliantly for the past 115 years, but it has fallen behind the best arenas in world sport.

“By building next to the existing site, we will be able to preserve the essence of Old Trafford, while creating a truly state-of-the-art stadium that transforms the fan experience only footsteps from our historic home.”
